Lekin agar koi kahe ki “Yaar, aaj mann thoda udaas lag raha hai” ya “Bahut stress ho raha hai,” toh hum kya kehte hain? “Arre, doston se mil lo, sab theek ho jayega” ya “Zyada mat socho, kaam mein lag jao.”

Sach toh ye hai ki hamara dimaag bhi hamare shareer ka hissa hai. Jaise pair mein moch aati hai, waise hi dimaag bhi thak sakta hai. Aaj ki is bhagam-bhag wali life mein—jahan naukri ki tension, ghar ki zimmedari, aur social media ki “perfect life” dekh kar hum thak chuke hain—sukoon dhundna ek challenge ban gaya hai.

Apna khayal rakhiye, kyunki is duniya mein aapke jaisa koi dusra nahi hai. Sukoon kahin bahar nahi, aapke andar hi hai. Bas usey thoda waqt dijiye.
