Confidence Ka Jadu – Jab Aap Khud Par Bharosa Karte Hain!
Doston, ek baat batao… kya aapke saath kabhi aisa hua hai ki aapko kisi sawal ka jawab pata tha, par aapne class mein ya meeting mein hath nahi uthaya? Sirf is darr se ki “Agar galat ho gaya toh log kya sochenge?” Hum mein se 90% log is “Log kya sochenge” wali bimari se pareshan hain.

Humara sabse bada dushman hai ‘Social Media’. Hum kisi ki ‘Filtered’ photo dekh kar apni ‘Unfiltered’ life ko bekar samajhne lagte hain. Bhai, har kisi ka safar alag hota hai. Aap sirf wahi dekhte ho jo wo dikhana chahte hain. Apni tulna dusron se karna band karo aur sirf ye dekho ki aap ‘Kal’ se behtar ‘Aaj’ ho ya nahi.

Hum seedha pahad par chadhne ki sochte hain aur gir jate hain. Confidence badhane ka sabse best rasta hai—chhote targets set karna. Aaj agar aapne socha hai ki aap 15 minute padhoge, toh bas wo karo. Jab aap apna wada khud se poora karte ho, toh aapka dimaag kehta hai—”Bhai, tu kar sakta hai!” Ye choti-choti jeet hi ek din bada ‘Self-Trust’ banti hain.

Aapne notice kiya hoga, jo log darre hue hote hain wo kandhe jhuka kar aur neeche dekh kar chalte hain. Yaad rakhna—Aap duniya ke sabse anokhe (unique) insaan ho, aapke jaisa koi dusra nahi hai. Toh phir darna kis baat ka? Khul kar jiyo aur khud par yaqeen rakho!
